watched 18 grams of Love yesterday on OKTO
the show
interesting concept
although it seems really ordinary

18 grams of Love refers to a love letter;
8 grams for a piece of paper
10 grams for the envelope

the show is about 2 guys who thought their wives were cheating on them
and to test their wives
they decided to use their old school method;
writing Love Letters, to each other's wives

through these love letters
they want to see if their wives have the thought of "cheating"
supposingly they sort of accepted the love letters' content
it will show they have thought of cheating

back then, the 2 guys
were experts in writing love letters
through a love letter
they easily got a girl just like that
but it was all in the past...

the story progresses
showing each couple's worry
about their other half having an affair
and them quarreling over that

one fateful day
all 4 of them met up
and finally thrashed everything out

the wives never cheated on them;
the problem was the couples stopped communicating with each other
this scene was particularly sad for me
and yes, i cried

then, they started to think back
what made the couples get together in the first place
after remembering their own love stories
they regretted distrusting each other
I should have known better
they thought

to atone for their mistakes
the guys sent tons and tons of 18 grams of love -
they wrote love letters to their wives
and a typical ending...
they lived happily ever after
