Google Chrome has updated their Bookmark Manager;
it now opens in a new tab
instead of a separate window

I don't like it!
now if you click it,
it will proceed to the link
instead of the previous double-clicking

the scrollbar doesn't move when you click and drag
so you have to keep drag to the top,
move the scrollbar,
drag to top again,
and so on

the old manager, however,
allows the arranging to be easier;
you can simply cut (Ctrl+X) your bookmark,
go to the position you want to shift to,
click the link that will be above it,
paste (Ctrl+V) it,
and it's done!
it's a much easier method
compared to drag and scroll, drag and scroll...
it's really annoying

the new manager doesn't allow this!

does anyone know if reverting to the old manager is possible?
